Who we share it with
We only share your information when the job or the law needs it.

- Manufacturers: we register new boilers and appliances for your warranty, if you want the warranty activated.
- Landlords and letting agents: we share gas safety records and job details with them for rented properties, and tenants receive a copy of the record.
- Other trades: carpenters, electricians and tilers working with us on a bigger job get the details they need to do it.
- Suppliers: our accountant, insurer, bank and website, email and phone providers handle information on our behalf.
- Authorities: HMRC, the Health and Safety Executive, the police or a court, if the law requires it.
